Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your crochet item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that crochet items cannot be returned if:
- The product has been used or shows signs of wear.
- The item is not in its original condition or lacks the original packaging.
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your crochet item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any crochet item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced crochet items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a crochet item for the same product, send us an email at and mail your item to: .
Gifts
If the crochet item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

- You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
